Building upon extensive leadership in international crewing agencies since 2020, our network expanded with the establishment of My Career in Morocco in 2023, followed in 2025 by the launch of our main office in Tunisia, fully licensed by the Ministry of Employment. Our dual-location structure enhances regional coverage and allows us to offer seamless service to both candidates and cruise operators.
